If you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days, let us know at info@veologe.com. We want our customers to be happy whether or not our products worked for you.
To return product, email us for a free return label. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once returns have been received, refunds may take up to 5 days to process. We are unable to refund shipping.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
Business Days & Holidays: All orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding Federal Holidays within the United States.
Tracking Orders: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains shipment details, tracking number, and a link to the carrier site.
Can’t find your order? If you’ve looked around and asked your neighbors, and if it still hasn’t turned up in 3 or more days, let us know. We will work with our shipping partners to track down your package. This process takes approximately 7-10 business days.
